Lingua-Net Terms and Conditions

 

• All payments must be made in full before the start of the first class.

• The lesson time is not officially assigned until the completion of the registration process.

• Classes follow a 24-hour cancellation or reschedule policy.

• Classes not rescheduled with a 24-hour notice are considered no-shows and will be counted as taken.

• If a student arrives late, the class duration will not be extended beyond the originally assigned time frame.

• It is advisable for students running late to inform the instructor.

• Any educational and promotional materials and methods employed by Lingua Net are Lingua Net’s intellectual property and may not be utilized, sold, or transferred without Lingua Net’s permission.

• Purchased classes expire six months from the purchase date unless otherwise stated for a specific class.

• Refunds cannot be made once the first class is taken or 48 hours before the start of the first class.

• Lingua Net reserves the right to change and/or void these polices as deemed necessary. Policies and terms are subject to change.
